Tried panning at the skate park. It is a lot harder than I thought it would be. Out of 100 shots, only one was really what I wanted.

So bummed that I didn't get to go on the photo walk today because of work. So I played around with the macro lens on the cats instead.

Messin' with Macro

Yesterday I messed with macro and had some interesting results.   You can click on my name to the right and read my blog for additional information and photos.

Northern Flickers in the back yard this AM.   I love the colors they display and that this one stayed long enough for me to get a few shots off!

A bit of a cheat for macros since the images were captured in January but ...  I'm the grandfather so I can brag!
